Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Kit
Securely pack the equipment in its original retail box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and calibration certificates are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns center using a tracked postal service.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians have inspected the kit and verified its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5 business days.
